Patio Andaluz

Patio Andaluz is a real gem, a beautifully preserved 16th century colonial house that now welcomes guests from around the world. It retains original features including wooden floored balconies, a colonnaded courtyard, and was recognised for its cultural significance by UNESCO in 1978. Throughout the hotel the furnishings and décor reflect the building’s colonial heritage and add to its charms.

Dine in the covered courtyard where you can savour Ecuadorian and Spanish dishes and tasty tapas as well as international favourites. The cosy bar has stone walls and candelabras and is a good place to chat to other travellers. There’s also a quiet reading room.

The 21 rooms and 11 suites are arranged over 4 floors. All benefit from air conditioning and, like the public areas, are decorated in period style. Each room has a TV, writing desk, Wi-Fi and an en-suite bathroom. The split-level suites make ideal family accommodation.
